DAILY PROGRAM SCHEDULE – SCHOOL AGE

 

Before School Program

7:30 a.m.  Centre Opens

 

7:30 to 8:45 a.m.:  Students choose to engage in a variety of learning opportunities including creative art, group games, dramatic play, computer, sensory play, language, math, and science as listed in the weekly program plan.    

Morning Snack is provided according to the Menu.

8:45 to 9:00 a.m.  Student are escorted to the school yard (or designated area for inclement weather day). 

 

After School Program

 

3:15 to 4:30  Students arrive from their classes and are greeted by staff who take attendance. 

​

Students choose to engage in a variety of learning opportunities offered including creative art, group games, dramatic play, computer, sensory play, language, math, and science as listed in the weekly program plan.    

Afternoon snack is provided according to the Menu.  

​

4:30 to 5:00 p.m.  Outdoor Play – set up according to the Outdoor Program Plan (Alternate location for outdoor: gym or class room)

                                  

5:00 to 5:20 p.m.

Group Time – Students may be divided into two groups depending on size and interests. 

• Music/Movement, Language, and/or Group Games)

 

5:20 to 6:00 p.m.

Students choose to engage in a variety of learning opportunities offered including creative art, group games, dramatic play, computer, sensory play, language, math, and science as listed in the weekly program plan.    

 

6:00 p.m. Centre Closes
